Summer Garlic Harvest 2018

This year's garlic has been harvested and is currently curing. Curing garlic allows for it to be stored and enjoyed for months after the harvest. Just like a fine wine, as garlic ages after it is harvested, it's flavors intensify and come to life. Fortunately, with garlic, this only takes a few weeks. Soon our garlic will be stocked in our online store and you can try some gourmet garlic for yourself!
